About Us:

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Construction Equipment and Materials Handling offering brands including Bobcat, Doosan, Omega and Clark.

The Opportunity:

Clark Equipment are currently seeking to appoint an experienced leader to the position of Product Specialist Manager.

The position is based out of our branch in Dandenong, VIC.

The Role:

Reporting to the Operation Manager, the objective is to support our service department with product knowledge and a prime focus on maintaining our existing customer base whilst creating new business for our service team.

The successful candidate will be required to take a hands-on role and drive quality and improvement of our key areas being Retail, Rental and Warranty.

Skills and Experience:

Key criteria:

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong customer relationship and aftermarket experience
• Aftermarket experience in Materials Handling & Construction Equipment 
• Having the skill to openly communicate with workshop and field service teams 
• Ability to oversee the warranty function of the business
• Mechanical qualifications and trade background
• Drive invoicing within the admin team for consistent results 
• Assisting in the Development of new Team Members
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• A focus on quality and OH&S practices
