The Opportunity:

Due to recent restructuring, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Field Service Manager / Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of our management team and play a pivotal role in developing and managing a team of field service technicians. You will be given all the tools, support and freedom to develop and lead a team of motivated field service technicians. We aspire to provide our customers with class leading product support and add value to their business. This is a job for you if you are ready to take on this challenge. 

The position is based out of our branch in Kenwick, WA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will have the full responsibility of developing, leading and managing our field service team. 
  • Conduct training and provide technical support. 
  • Job inspections/quoting and supervision. 
  • Conduct post job analysis. 
  • Develop productivity KPI’s and help achieve them for your team.
  • Ensure the team is meetings the budgets and profitability objectives. 
  • Contribute towards managing our rental equipment fleet. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Mechanical qualifications and extensive trade background. 
  • Previous experience in managing a similar role. 
  • Thorough understanding of construction and material handling equipment. 
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management qualities.
  • Well developed customer relationship skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Competency with using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A focus on quality and OH&S practices.
