The Opportunity:

Clark Equipment have an exciting opportunity Service Coordinator and Scheduler. We are looking for an experienced and confident coordinator to liaise with our customers about their equipment service requirements and efficiently schedule work with our team of service technicians.

The position is based out of our branch in Acacia Ridge, QLD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will see you: 

  • Establishing strong rapport with key stakeholder including customers, suppliers, technicians, and managers; 
  • Communicating with our customers and field service teams to answer enquiries and schedule work, for jobs such as emergency breakdowns, service repairs and general maintenance;
  • Coordinating field service work allocations and sourcing of parts; 
  • Working with internal departments to ensure quick response times to high priority work;
  • Following up on work in progress to provide accurate updates to the customer; 
  • Administration of internal systems including the branches job allocation schedule, on call register and field service leave roster;
  • Processing invoices and warranty claims; 
  • Liaising with customers regarding quotations;
  • Data entry and processing of job orders.

Skills and Experience:

Above all, you will need to be an excellent communicator, as you will be speaking with a large variety of customers and mechanical technicians on a daily basis. You will need to have good attention to detail and a strong customer focused attitude. 

In addition, we are looking for someone who has: 

  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • Prior experience with scheduling in a similar role;
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems fast;
  • Good time management skills and ability to juggle multiple customer demands;
  • Enjoys working within a close-knit team;
  • Mechanical knowledge in earthmoving equipment is preferred, but not essential.
