Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a distributor of Construction and Materials Handling Equipment with an extensive product range that includes; Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and Excavators, Doosan Excavators, Wheel loaders and portable power equipment, Omega Heavy Lift Trucks and Clark Forklifts.
We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team in Kenwick, WA (Perth). Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and parts interpretation support to our extensive customer base.
The role entails:
- Receiving and processing phone enquiries and orders.
- Managing internet enquiries and orders in a timely manner.
- Customer service, both external and internal parts sales and quotations.
- Interpreting and processing technical parts enquiries.
- Managing inventory database.
- General stores duties when required.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Above average work ethic with a nothing too hard “can do” attitude.
- Quality parts interpretation experience in a similar role.
- Mechanical or Construction and Materials Handlings equipment knowledge.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with dispatching, invoicing and receiving.
- Strong focus on presentation and safety in the workplace.
- Good time keeping and information recording skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
